April 30, 2019 – Box Ending Support for Mac OS X 10.12

After April 30, 2019, Box will end support for Box Sync, Box Tools, Notes for Desktop and Box Drive on Mac OS X 10.12. Per Box’s OS support policy, they will maintain support for Box on the two latest versions of Mac OS X. To continue to enjoy Box support, please be sure you’re on a supported OS, either OS X 10.14 or OS X 10.13, after this EOL date. Following the EOL date, users will be able to access these applications on OS X 10.12, but will be entirely unsupported by Box, including all security patches.

Feb. 1 – Collaborate Web Conferencing Maintenance

On Friday, Feb. 1 between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. CST, Blackboard will be conducting maintenance on the data center that hosts Blackboard Collaborate. Users should be aware that intermittent connectivity is possible during this infrastructure maintenance window.

TurningPoint Server Maintenance – December 29-30

TurningPoint will be performing scheduled maintenance on all TurningPoint servers starting on Saturday, Dec. 29 at 10 p.m. and continuing until Dec. 30 at 1 a.m. CST.  While this is happening, TurningPoint will be down and you will not be able to run a session or access your account.

Tegrity Service Disruption – Nov. 5

There was a disruption to the Tegrity service between the hours of 8:45 and 10:45 PM CST. During this time, users were unable to access their Tegrity instance and would receive an error when uploading recordings.

Service was restored around 10:45 PM CST.

Sporadic Blackboard Error Messages

We are getting reports that instructors are getting sporadic error messages in Blackboard. Please take a screenshot or copy the text of the message and contact the FRC with these details.
