Blackboard App – Due date Discrepancy

There’s known issue where if a user is located in a different time zone than their school’s server, they will see a different due date in the app compared to the desktop. The student will need to follow the due dates listed in the desktop version of Blackboard Learn to be in sync with the instructor and the course due dates.

Turnitin Upload Issue

Several users have reported that they were unable to upload submissions to Turnitin. In these instances, the upload process begins but a “successful submission” message is never displayed. To correct this, users should delete their browser history and cache.

April 30, 2019 – Box Ending Support for Mac OS X 10.12

After April 30, 2019, Box will end support for Box Sync, Box Tools, Notes for Desktop and Box Drive on Mac OS X 10.12. Per Box’s OS support policy, they will maintain support for Box on the two latest versions of Mac OS X. To continue to enjoy Box support, please be sure you’re on a supported OS, either OS X 10.14 or OS X 10.13, after this EOL date. Following the EOL date, users will be able to access these applications on OS X 10.12, but will be entirely unsupported by Box, including all security patches.
